  the  leading events for fixed-income participants. For over 30 years it h
 as brought together debt issuers\, investors\, investment bankers\, rating

 er 50 countries\, to network and discuss the key issues affecting the inte
 rnational bond markets. Each year the conference draws an international au
 dience of over 800 issuers\, investors and intermediaries from all over th
 e world. The key aims of the event are to provide networking and deal-maki
 ng opportunities\, as well as a platform for high-level discussion on the 
 key trends in debt capital markets. \n This event is a chance for borrower

 ynote speaker\n Johannes Hahn - Commissioner for Budget and Administration
 \, European Commission\n      Johannes Hahn has held various management fu
 nctions in the different sectors of the Austrian economy and industry\, in
 cluding as chief executive officer of Novomatic AG for five years. Between
  1992 and 1997\, Mr Hahn was executive director of the Austrian People's P
 arty Vienna. In 2002\, he was elected deputy chairman of the party and cha
 irman in 2005. He was member of the regional parliament of Vienna from 199
 6 until 2003 and he became Federal Minister for Science and Research in 20
 07. He was the member of the European Commission in charge of regional pol
 icy from 2010 until 2014. Between 2014 and 2019\, he was the member of the
  European Commission in charge of neighbourhood policy and enlargement neg
 otiations. Since December 2019\, he has been member of the European Commis
