  will be holding its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Conference in P
 aris. \n The event will be the 55th edition of ICMA's flagship event which
  brings together its global membership. This year's annual conference in V
 ienna\, which resumed in an in-person format following two years of absenc
 e due to the pandemic\, attracted over 900 senior public sector officials\
