EU Bonds final

Since 2021, the European Commission has established itself as one of the biggest and most sought-after borrowers in the world. With an annual funding programme of €150bn, EU-Bonds have quickly become a high-quality, liquid global benchmark, offering a new opportunity for global investors to be at the heart of Europe’s economic transformation.

OMFIF, in partnership with the European Commission, is hosting a series of events in Dubai and Singapore over the course of 2024. Speakers will discuss the evolution of EU-Bonds, how they are becoming a global benchmark and safe asset in the capital markets and the opportunities for investors in the Middle East and Asia Pacific to join this journey.

The events in Dubai and Singapore are an opportunity for investors to hear directly from the officials responsible for the European Union budget and its funding and disbursement programme, along with senior representatives from central banks, sovereign funds, public pension funds, international financial institutions and influential business leaders in the Middle East and Asia.
