- Case Study: Calculate the percentage of equity/warrants required by the mezzanine lenders to achieve their target return
- Mezzanine in Emerging markets – specific problems and how to resolve them
- Mezzanine in specific sectors
- Case Study: Derive a capital structure (with pricing) which optimises the amount of the mezzanine debt. Discuss the pros and cons of your suggested structure in light of current market trends
