DEAL: TRANSPOWER NEW ZEALAND NZD 5.0YR SSA AA FIXED RATE KIWI PRIVATE BOND

New Zealand based Electricity provider Transpower New Zealand Ltd has finalised a private placement in the NZD Fixed Rate Kiwi Bond market. The financing matures in 2027 and was executed by a single dealer. 

A Kiwi bond is a NZD-denominated bond issued by a New Zealander entity in the New Zealander Domestic Bond market.
