In Q1 2023, the ICMA conducted a survey on the need for more transparency in commercial paper (CP) markets with the help of the ICMA Commercial Paper and Certificates of Deposit Committee (CPC) of which CMDportal is an infra/ tech provider member. The survey elicited good quality, substantive inputs. I repeat the main conclusions and provide comments in italics below.
