The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) will launch a Common Supervisory Action (CSA) with National Competent Authorities on ESG disclosures under the Benchmarks Regulation (BMR). It is the first CSA for ESMA in its role as a direct supervisor of Benchmarks Administrators.
