Re-offer price

The Re-offer price is the price at which a bank, or a syndicate of banks, sell a specific issue of debt instruments to investors.

In the Collaborative Market Data Model where we express the Re-offer as 100 it means 100% of the total Issue Amount. Therefore an Investor buying USD100m worth of bonds, would pay USD100m. If the Re-Offer is expressed as 99.98, the investor pays 99.98% times USD100m=USD99.98m for bonds with an Issue Amount of USD100m.
