Credit Suisse has reshuffled the roles of two FIG bankers. Dhiren Shah will now be responsible for emerging markets and corporates DCM, as well as continue to focus on the covered bond market. Piers Ronan will now add senior funding to his bank capital responsibilities. Ronan joined the Swiss bank in May 2007.
Shah and Ronan will report to Chris Tuffey, Head of Debt Syndicated for the EMEA region.
Credit Suisse’s strengths are evenly spread across the Syndicated league tables for this year’s business. It’s highest ranking is 11th place in the Corporate Vanilla market, and it ranks in 14th in both the SSA Vanilla and FIG Vanilla sectors. On the covered bond side this year, it stands in 19th place.
