Volvo Cars issues new SEK bond
Volvo Cars has today successfully issued a SEK 2bn bond under its Euro Medium Term Note programme. The bond matures in February 2023 and pays a floating coupon of STIBOR +2.30%. The settlement date is expected to be 27 February 2019 and the bonds will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The bookrunners for the transactions were Handelsbanken, Nordea, and SEB.
The Notes will be offered pursuant to Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”).
