OMFIF’s European sovereign, supranational and agency forum is returning in Luxembourg, bringing together debt management offices and public sector borrowers from the region with fixed-income investors to discuss key issues affecting the market.
The discussions will recap the year’s issuance so far and take a first look at plans for 2025. They will also explore how to develop the investor base for European government bonds, trading volumes and liquidity in the secondary market and the development of European safe assets as the volume of outstanding bonds from the four biggest supranationals exceeds €1tn.
As with all of the Sovereign Debt Institute’s in-person events, the entire day will be off the record with no media in attendance to encourage participants to speak freely and stimulate authentic discussions. There will be ample networking opportunities through refreshment breaks including a lunch for all attendees.
