ICMA JOINT-CONFERENCE WITH EIB AND ABBL ON TAXONOMY REGULATION

@ Luxembourg, Luxembourg

ICMA Joint-Conference with EIB and ABBL on Taxonomy Regulation

Overview

The ICMA Luxembourg regional committee invites members and all interested market participants to attend this in-person event in Luxembourg. This year's regional general meeting will cover ICMA's activities in the region followed by a presentation and panel discussion on the EU Taxonomy regulation.

Designed as a classification system to identify sustainable economic activities, the EU Taxonomy Regulation also serves as a metric for sustainable reporting and as a benchmark for sustainable financial products and has created a precedent that many other jurisdictions have followed. The discussion will feature a presentation by Eila Kreivi, EIB’s Chief Sustainable Finance officer on EIB’s work on the EU Taxonomy, followed by a panel discussion involving market participants.

Admission: This event is free of charge and open to all. Register now.

Registrations will close at 18:00 CEST on Wednesday, 1 June 2022.
